BEWARE

BEWARE. HORRIBLE. LIARS. Guaranteed they would deliver and lied to me all day every time I contacted customer service. They kept telling me the flowers would be delivered and they never were. And after they ruined everything, they didn't even try to correct the situation or make any offer of compensation. Just despicable. I can't wait to see karma nail them.

BEWARE...I ordered for my son flowers…

BEWARE...I ordered for my son flowers for his grandpa's funeral because he is overseas, on a Monday for a Thursday funeral. These flowers were ordered before the obituary was posted in the paper. My other son text to say that there were no flowers at the funeral home from his brother on Thursday. I look at my email only to see a letter that they were unsuccessful in finding a florist to complete the delivery in time and that they had made every attempt to find a vendor in time...NOT! This town butts up to a city of 150,000+ people. Florists are plentiful. Such a sad sad day for this grandson as it was that he couldn't be there then to have this happen. I will never to business with this company again.

I have ordered flowers from them twice

I have ordered flowers from them twice. Both times, the flowers never were delivered. To make matters worse, the second time they failed to deliver, they told me it is because the florist tried to deliver but was unable to do so because no one was available to take delivery. That is a lie. We have the Ring doorbell. It records every person who comes up to our door. No florist ever showed up. It's bad enough that they messed up flowers for two special occasions for me, but when they lie about it, and I catch them in the lie, that's pretty much me saying they won't ever get my business again. They even tried to offer a free arrangement. I told them it was too late for the occasion to be celebrated with flowers, and why should I believe they'd even deliver them after failing two times?

Please Do Not Order From Here- Look Elsewhere

If I could I would not give any stars but I have to give 1 star in order to make review. Ordered a birthday flower arrangement in the morning to have same day service and recipient never received. Totally disappointed and angry. Called customer service and had to explain why I wanted my full refund back after she insisted she would only offer me partial service. Does not make sense why they would offer partial refund for something that was never sent out nor received. Don't waste your money. I should have read reviews before placing an order. Look elsewhere!

Just awful

Just awful. Their entire site is a red flag. I chose to ignore it cuz it cant be any worse than 1800flowers right?
Nah. They charge you $5 to 'ensure same day delivery before a certain time' but you can apparently still get same day with base shipping? Lol no you don't. Your flowers will not be delivered, and when you reach out to support they will give you a measly $8 refund and say they will investigate the situation. ITS NOT UNTIL AFTER they have conducted an investigation, they will offer a full refund or try to order and deliver again.

LOL No thanks. I took the full refund and am going elsewhere. Wild you will slap all over your website you have special selections for same day delivery and then blow right past the window with no update or anything. 100% a scam site.

Just awful in every way

Ordered in advance for a funeral. Paid top price and they received the most embarrassing flowers I've ever seen. All filler and one flower. I called and requested re-delivery since these were the only flowers at the service. They assured me they'd be delivered. THEY WEREN'T! I'm humiliated and this is just so wrong. My refund depends on them getting ahold of a nonexistent florist with no voice mail and do not answer

I order flowers for a wake 2 days prior…

I order flowers for a wake 2 days prior to and paid extra ro get them there by 2 pm well no flowers! Ive been on chat with them for hours and promises that they’re on way and never arrived how embarrassing and its for family! Their response was to give me 20% credit and not the 100% satisfaction guarantee they say they have! DONT USE THEM! Spend the extra $ and use a reputable company!

Horrible company

Ordered arrangements for my son's memorial a month in advance and received an email the day before saying they would be delivered 2 days after the event. Much too late to order from another place. So no flowers for my son. It was horrible.

Totally disgusted!

The flowers I ordered was nothing like what my friend received! I live in the UK and my friend lives in Florida. I sent what I thought was going to be a big beautiful bouquet and it was to come in a vase with a big pink ribbon on it. Well it was shocking what she received! It was half the amount of flowers that the web site showed and some different flowers than those shown and no ribbon on the vase!! I was totally embarrassed when she sent me a picture of them! I will never ever use this company again and neither should you! I’m a pensioner who cannot afford to waste money on rubbish flowers! Shocking!!!

I ordered flowers and a Teddy bear

I ordered flowers and a Teddy bear, Teddy bear looked nothing like the pictures and the flowers did not arrive until 10pm. They said max time of delivery was 6pm. So my surprise was kind of ruined. I must say their customer helpline is very good. And I got a full refund for my late arrival. So I appreciated that.

trying to get an eta on when they will be delivered?

My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Don't do it, DO NOT ORDER from this company. You are taking a risk in hopes your flowers arrive.. likely they won't nor will you be contacted.

Same thing happened to me. I even double checked to make sure they could deliver on time to my parents' address since it's somewhat rural and was assured they would be there on time. Flowers never got there. When I contacted customer service I was put on hold multiple times totaling more than an hour and offered a 15% refund.

Ordered flowers on the 14th to be delivered on the 15th. They changed delivery date on me to the 16th and then the 17th, numerous excuses and empty promises, still no flowers! Cancelled my order. Next stop BBB!

They offer refunds... If you yell at them. Spent 30mins. On hold trying to get a refund after nicely talking to the customer service rep then they hung up and I had to call back screaming to get a refund after ten minutes of being on hold.

They offered me a free arrangement, after all the stress of them not doing their job. But why would I want to go trough the stress again. They can keep their crap I will pay more to get what I want as my time has value. They can stick their free crap couldn't get the ones I paid for right.
